submission to the knowledge expressed by Shi'a Imams is an issue that has been accentuated by many Shi'a traditions. These traditions imply absolute submission and obedience to the orders and prohibitions expressed by the Infallible Imams (a.s.). In the light of the pivotal role of reason in Shi'a thought regarding the assessment and acceptance of religious issues, lack of a correct specification of the aforementioned traditions intensifies a seeming contradiction between submission and intellectualism that leads to a reduction in the status of reason. Therefore, it is an inevitable necessity to discover the true meaning of submission and illustrate its accurate boundaries through a sound knowledge of some essentialities and a comprehensive analysis of the religious teachings. In addition to provision of the typology of submission traditions, the study at hand explicates the content of each type through a descriptive-analytical method. The results of this study reveal that submission to the Infallibles (a.s.) is not equal to undue obedience, suspension of reason, or ignorant acceptance. Rather, the favorable submission is a voluntary act that is based on intellectual explorations and is a product of intellectual arguments.

One of the most important issues that has occupied people's minds is the issue of determinism. Saadi, who spent many years studying and getting pensions in Al-Nizamiyya of Baghdad, had deep mystical orientation and was impressed by the ideas of the Suhrawardiyah doctrine. This led to a change in Saadi's beliefs about compulsion and his point of view tended more toward mystical compulsion rather than verbal compulsion. The question of this research is whether there are any commonalities between the obvious aspects compulsion arising from Saadi's mysticism and the compulsion arising from Sa'adi's verbal disposition. The research method used in this research was descriptive-analytical. The results showed high frequency of commonalities in the subjects of mystical compulsion and Ash'arist compulsion in Koliyat Saadi (Complete Works of Saadi).

Globalization as a process or a project brings inevitable effects in the international system. One of these effects of globalization will be globalized religion. What is the globalized religion? There are different opinions among experts in this field. There can be a core of consensus about this globalized religion which is a package of shared principles and values in universal religion. In this religious context the religion that is more complete and more comprehensive would have a greater share and this religion is Islam. submission theology believes the process of globalization provides a space for understanding the true principles of religious beliefs which can lead to human salvation in this world and the other. The main question of this paper is: what is the impact of globalization on submission theology? The main hypothesis of this paper is that globalization provides possibilities and influences for submission theology in the area of religion to form a single and unifying discourse. The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between submission theology and religious pluralism for achieving a single and unifying discourse of comprehensive religion in the process of globalization. The research method will be analytical and descriptive using library tools.

A question always arising in the Islamic society is as follows: “ Can one legitimately force people to do well and avoid evil? ” the society still faces various jurisprudential answers to this question. Since according to the primary principle compulsion is not legitimate, its exceptions such as legitimate compulsion requires proof. To prove the legitimacy of ‘ compulsion to do religious obligations and avoid illicit deeds’ , one may use arguments for enjoining good and forbidding evil. However, extracting and evaluating those evidences will leads us to the conclusion that those evidences are short of proving the legitimacy of compulsion and what can ultimately be used of them is “ legitimacy of denying evil by hand” which does not mean forcing one to give up evildoing, and cannot be a permission for compulsion. The shortness of evidences for ‘ legitimacy of compulsion in enjoining and forbidding’ suggests the possibility of its illegitimacy, because enjoining and forbidding along with compulsion leads to one’ s being annoyed.

The right of lien in Iranian law has been explained by jurists, considering Article 377 of the Civil Code. This article is included in the submission of the contract of sale and the jurists mainly deal with this article only in the topic of the right of lien. However, attention to other regulations, jurisprudential analysis, and comparison with foreign laws demonstrate two types of liens can be identified in Iranian law: 1) equitable lien (in cases where there is a balance between the parties), 2) possessory lien (the legal right for a creditor to preserve the property of the debtor). This is while the review of the equitable lien in the works of legal writers did not leave room for an independent review of the lien of possession, even though this type of right of lien has been present in Iranian law since 1/6/1312 (1933) with the approval of the law on the debt of immigrants to guest houses and boarding houses. This article, through the descriptive-analytical method (library study), seeks to identify possessory lien as an independent institution in Iranian law with a comparative study.For this purpose, a comprehensive definition of the right of lien is provided in the present research: "The right of Lien is the legal right for a person that is settled in the property of others until the fulfillment of their debt and obligation." This definition, in addition to including various types of the right of lien by passing the traditional point of view, also opens the way for the use of other types of right of lien, including maritime lien, which is itself one of the type of the right of lien in possession, in Iranian law.

The reference to the noble verses of the Qur'an in "Wrong not, and ye shall not be wronged. " indicates such a meaning. The purpose of this article is to show the face of arrogance in today's human society. The quality of anti-arrogance from the perspective of the Qur'an and the explanation of the methods of fighting arrogance by presenting noble verses are reassuring,And it will be peace and self-esteem. compulsion and choice are the most debatable issues among theological groups which persuade scholars to ponder about existence, life, and religion. Abol Ala Moari, the famous poet and philosopher of the 5th and 6th century, is one of those scholars who collected his thoughts about existence, fore-ordination, and destiny of human in his book, Lozomiat  Poetry( Essentialness), which is the result of his half-century solitude. Some researchers believe that he is an absolute necessitarian and others consider him in wandering state and perplexity. The present study dicusses about these viewpoints. First the opinions of the theological parties, according to the oldest ideas of their forerunners, are briefly stated. Then the scholars' views about Moari's compulsion and choice are discussed. And finally his views are investigated through considering Lozomiat (Essentialness) which is his famous poetry.
